Frequently Asked Questions

What style and region of Indian cooking do you specialize in?
My food style is about creating 'Indian food for the global palate', and making dishes more accessible to western tastes, with low spices and more focus on Indian-inspired flavors. As a hospitality graduate, a native of India, and with experience in the Indian luxury hotel industry; I'm classically trained in pan-Indian regional and international cuisines (especially European and Asian). I do not specialize in any specific regional Indian cuisine.

Where does Parsi food fit into your cooking style?
Born and brought up in a Parsi Zoroastrian family, my knowledge in Parsi cooking comes from my background, family chefs, and intuitive learning; especially since they don't teach much Parsi cooking in culinary school:). Over the years, my expertise in Parsi cooking has developed and grown, as I saw the love and demand for my unique native cuisine. I often showcase Parsi staples in my Indian food and recipes.
