Within 8 days, reply to your order confirmation email and let us know the issue with your order. If needed, attach any relevant pictures.
Indicate whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement.
If you choose a replacement, please allow 8-10 days for it to be shipped.
We will send you a shipping label via email, free of charge, to return the item.
We are happy to process a refund for the value of your order. Refunds may take up to 10 days from the time we receive the return.
