Refund and Replacement Policy

For any reason, if you are dissatisfied with your Simply Bhonu product, please follow these steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to let us know the issue with your order. Attach any pictures if required.

  2. Mention if you prefer a refund or replacement.

  3. We are happy to refund the value of your order.

  4. Or if you would prefer a replacement, please allow 8-10 days for us to ship it to you. If an item needs to be returned to us, we will send you a return shipping label via email, free of charge.
