Refund and Replacement Policy

For any reason, if you are dissatisfied with our product from our Shop, please follow these steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to let us know the issue with your order. Attach any pictures if required.

  2. Mention if you prefer a refund or replacement.

  3. We are happy to refund the value of your order.

  4. If you would prefer a replacement, please allow 5-8 days for us to ship it to you.

Class Cancellation and Refund Policy: Full refund will be provided up to 48 hours prior to the start of class time (just reply to your confirmation email), beyond which there will be no refund.

Simply Bhonu Membership Cancellation: Membership renews each month or yearly on the day of the day you purchased it, cancellation will give you access through the rest of the period you have currently paid through. You can access, cancel, and update your membership in your account.
