Oven Roasted Gobi (Cauliflower)
Simple and filled with flavor, oven-roasted cauliflower is the easiest way to wake up an otherwise bland vegetable. Add a hint of spices and lemon, and a few potatoes, and you've got a side worthy of being the centerpiece.
I've used this recipe for years, for my commercial operations as well as personal entertainment and family dinners. While the spice mix has stayed the same, I've used various cooking methods, from stovetop to oven, and finally settled on the air fryer as a wonderful way to get the golden turmeric hue and roasted look.
