Get ready for the upcoming summer with a fun session on Indian grilling - vegetarian version! We’ll marinade a selection of vegetables and paneer in warm ghee (Indian butter) infused with spices, herbs and yes, garlic! The skewered vegetables and paneer will be lightly grilled on a griddle pan (feel free to use your outdoor grill).
The shashlik skewers are best served on a bed of freshly made fragrant Herb Rice Pulao and a spicy (and I mean, spicy!) Masala Garlic Tomato Chutney topping, both of which we will make during the live cooking session. Get ready for fun tips and tricks on grilling with Indian spices!
