  My Zoroastrian ancestors migrated from Persia around the 8th Century CE and came to be known as the Parsis in India. Over centuries, Parsi food has developed into a much-loved Indian regional cuisine. Parsi Choi is our cultural take on the versatile Indian Chai, flavored with cardamom, ginger, mint, and lemongrass. With a hint of rose petals, this refreshing blend in a tea bag will bring a whole new tea experience to your daily routine.
