Summer Special: Tandoori Chicken with Cilantro Yogurt Chutney and Chocolate Naan Bites

Let’s get set to dazzle friends and family with some new Indian-inspired summer grilling ideas. We will make Indian classic Tandoori Chicken. While the word tandoori implies that the chicken is cooked in a Tandoor oven, you can achieve similar results at home on an outdoor grill, or by using my trusted indoor grilling stovetop-n-hot-oven technique, which I will showcase during our session.
I’ll equip you with an Indian chutney-for-all-seasons-and-reasons, my signature Green Cilantro Yogurt Chutney, best served with all Indian kebab and tikka. Giving an unexpected twist to our session, we’ll make a dessert flatbread Chocolate Naan Bites which can be made on an outdoor grill or indoor griddle.
